History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. She found a children's book about a Human Monk who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has dedicated herself to building a better world.

Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and she desires to right it
