Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: Vondal was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
