Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Ploughman hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by drow. Shautha was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the drow.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Gale grew up listening to her mother's many stories. A gifted student she started as a Mercenary, but she got bored and became a Bounty Hunter. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
