History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Nadarr was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Uthemar was born the youngest of three triplets. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has never given up on his painting dream.

Personality: She is overprotective of those who hire her services. The war was a terrible time for her, and Adelaide does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She got into the Bather business at a young age. Like her father and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Bather. She tends to her Bather job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
