History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and to pay off his debts

She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature longsword.

History: When she was but 4 years old her parents immigrated from the north. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Half-Elven activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Half-Elven doctor. After a long history of fighting, Duvamil and her spouse have recently divorced.
