He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His first spouse was a Carpenter, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: 4'3" and muscular, this northern woman typically wears grey cloth garments or leather armor. She wears a deerstalker hat to cover her moderate length chestnut hair. Her hazel eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Hlin will drive conversation. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Miller business.

History: She was born in the north. Because her mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, gnolls burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her father from journeying north to reunite her family. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and she desires to right it
