History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. A freak accident while working with his Dyer mother left him crippled. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. A gifted student she started as a Bather, but she got bored and became a Layabout. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and she desires to right it
