Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with dancing. She constantly tries to fill her life with dancing. The war was a terrible time for her, and Juliana does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Juliana was raised in a hard working conservative environment. While she appears to be a normal Human, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has worked as a Spy like her father before her.
