After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Cloak was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. When Cloak reached her early adolescence her Tabaxi father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She was granted psionic powers by her dying sister.
