Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Through the years after Seere was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Seere's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
