When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Detective hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She got money to start a business from the gang present in town. She is greatly indebted to them.

Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Tiefling conditions. Some 10 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Phelaia never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.
