Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tabaxis became a terror of the countryside. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Windy was raised in a hard working conservative environment. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
