History: Born in the north to a Knight, Mordai learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Knight work with an outfit from a few towns over. Knight work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. After a long history of fighting, Mordai and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: She is happy with her job as a Miller. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. She is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Brakka was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Her father was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Gilbert was born on a far southern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Interpreter. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things.

Her gold eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.
