A freak accident while working with her Bookbinder mother left her crippled. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Description: She wears a green coat over a white low-cut shirt, and a small hat upon her head, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 5'3" when asserting herself. She keeps her dark red hair in a pixie cut. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. She plays an instrument quite well.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Astaro took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up morningstar and armor she uses now. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
