Description: With red face paint in a stripe pattern across her face, she has a large brown mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into her tan robe. Her hair is cut close to her head. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.
Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.
History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. At some point she was captured by illithids and was tortured. After several years of this she finally managed to escape. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

Description: This woman is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of her veins is visible when she is not flexing. Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. She has wavy orange fur. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep amber.
Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: She was born in the north. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She struck the Adventurer job and began her own company from there.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

Description: She wears a black vest with golden trim over her white shirt. Her violet leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and her black boots flare out at the collars, and carries maces. Her hair is white and curly. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: She is witty, but her monotone delivery comes off as unnerving She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered west to less war torn lands. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Kali fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and money/treasure

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears a black shirt with thin tan vertical stripes and brown pants. He keeps his long bronze crest kept up in a rat tail. His gold eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Gorbundus abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature monstrous two handed axe.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he has passion for adventuring and risk
