History: Jade was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Druid, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Druid in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Her martial abilities were realized during a raid on her village. After a long history of fighting, Jade and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: Arnold hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. He married young, but lost his spouse to dire rats. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her dancing with anyone who is interested.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: She is happy with her job as a Scribe. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Her father was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. She has worked as a Scribe like her father before her.
