History: Beast hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

History: Traki hails from a village terrorized by goblins. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.

History: She was born at the edge of vast desert. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Cartwright. She tends to her Cartwright job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Cartwright responsibilities is difficult; and expand her business
