Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Verna embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. His childhood dream was to be a Bellfounder, but he was a colossal failure. He has worked as a Miller like his mother before him.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Doctor arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She worked as a nervous Doctor and found it very stressful.
