History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. When Gurdis reached her early adolescence her Dwarf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. He keeps his long brown hair kept up in a rat tail. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Scribe born in the past three hundred years. He works hard and plays hard.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Ghash was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Scribe hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He struck the Scribe job and began his own company from there.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
