History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Description: The woman speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. She seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if she got out from a pool a few moments ago. She is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers her face most of the time. She wears a wide-brimmed hat to hide her balding. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are hazel.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Meriele will drive conversation. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Meriele is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Layabout arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
