History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Bricklayer arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He tends to his Bricklayer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the west. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Fletcher and was forced into it by his family.

History: Mastema was born in the north. At a young age she loved to build and create. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Half-Elven companion (her 'brother'). She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: She was born in the south. Nora was born on a far southern desert where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Roofer. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and she has passion for adventuring and risk
