Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with writing. She constantly tries to fill her life with writing. Marigold is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: She was born at the edge of vast forest. One day when Marigold was young, her mother was sewing while trying to overcome the flu, when suddenly her mother dropped to the ground dead. Her mother had died from a severe disease that was unknown to the village doctor. Marigold was heart-stricken from the event, and her father started working long hours to provde for them. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
