History: He got into the Soapmaker business at a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Description: An older man who wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with tan colored cloaks and clothing, he is not a threatening figure. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are brown.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: He got into the Sailor business at a young age. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: She wears a brown coat over a green low-cut shirt, and a deerstalker hat upon her head. She carries a battered sword and tarnished bastard sword as well. She sports a flattop hair cut. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. Ida is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion
