History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Laborer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Laborer work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

After coming to the age of reason, Nija took it upon herself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He now mingles about in high society.
