Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. His hair is always cut to a buzz. He has several tiny amber earrings on each ear.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Zaffrab grew up listening to his father's many stories. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and he wants to get laid

Description: This late middle aged woman wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally she sports a white coat and is in decent physical shape. She has a very tight haircut. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: When she was but 5 years old her parents immigrated from the south. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Gnomish artifacts is her passion; and her religion dominates her actions

Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He tends to wear a large pastel jacket. He keeps his beige fur in a flapper bob. His blue eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister.
