Description: A pudgy man standing about 6'5" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. His bronze crest is long and unkept. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Soapmaker. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: To settle down with his crush; and an old rival family wants him found

Description: This malnourished man wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is a Layabout first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He feeds upon the attention of others.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Layabout. After a long history of fighting, Elaim and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: A woman with a friendly, welcoming air about her, she wears a grey collared shirt and black skirt. She accessorizes with a tan scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across her shirt. She is bald on top and has large silver tufts of hair around her ears. Her eyes are blue and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: This woman loves painting and to teach people painting more than just about anything. She takes great pride in her work and is very well organized. Her planner is full of calendar events.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She has achieved small success as a Cook.

Motivation: She wants to get laid; and she would like to get married and retire

Description: He prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs. He wears his red crest up. This gold eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Armorer business.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and money/treasure

Description: Her right side is far more bruised and cut up than her other. She likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. Her golden hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. Her amber unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: She is quiet and unassuming. She ignores others and carries on with her job unassumingly. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. Being a Soapmaker kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions.
