History: Delebean lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Delebean fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Great was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears many layers of old clothing at all times. His chestnut hair, when down, is lengthy. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Dwarves in the south were limited. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: A pudgy woman standing about 3'0" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She wears silk and lounges about seductively. She keeps her long chestnut hair kept up in a rat tail. Her violet eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: She hates Halflings with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: She was born into a rich family. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Architect arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Hadwisa was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She struck the Architect job and began her own company from there.
