Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Shifting fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: This late middle aged woman is dressed in an above average manner and is in decent physical shape. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Her eyes are likewise brown. Her teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with singing. She constantly tries to fill her life with singing. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She bought a scythe and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and to prove her worth to the world

Description: He stands about 5'6" and wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. His right hand appears badly burned and disfigured. His head has been shaved. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.

History: Torz hails from a village terrorized by illithids. His parents were killed by illithids in a raid when he was still a young child. The illithids captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Torz was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.

Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids; and to protect his home

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Erky was born on a far eastern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Layabout. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he has passion for adventuring and risk

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. In his 19th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: Seeks redemption; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
