History: Ernest was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Expert, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Expert in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Ernest was born on a far western island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Layabout. He has dedicated himself to building a better kind of golem.

History: He was born in the north. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Description: Runty and weak-looking, she wears green leather gloves, a green jacket, and tight pants. Her crest is cut close to her head. Her eyes are red and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: She acts crazy and hedonistic. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Performer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes; and nothing but the best is good enough for her

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Painter. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Painter.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs.

Description: A woman of a pale complexion, she wears a brown collared shirt and grey skirt. She accessorizes with a red scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across her shirt. Her long cinnamon fur is drawn into a two foot long braid. Her hazel unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. Cask enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Sculptor work with an outfit from a few towns over. Sculptor work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.
