Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. After coming to the age of reason, Kelter took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
