Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered painting. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
