History: Burgell lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: She is a hateful person. She taunts others and blames them for her problems. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Blendaeth grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Blendaeth. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and a rival would like her out of the picture

Personality: She is a Layabout first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She passes on several rewards to people in need. She makes a point to leave places better than she found them.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Katherine was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
