Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he wears suspenders and brown workpants. His shirt is green, and he wears a heavy brown leather apron most of the time. His auburn hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady gray eyes.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature spear.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: She wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. Her hair is long and silver with streaks of golden, and is pulled back with small red clips. She is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. She does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Kithri was born with her mother's beautiful face. A freak accident while working with her Shepherd mother left her crippled. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Many brigands want her driven away; and a deep hatred of brigands

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears a white cloak and cross-gartered tan stockings. He wears his red hair down. His gray eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many orcs want him driven away; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Description: He is a husky man, who wears a yellow shirt, with a tan mid length shorts with tan tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. His red hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His eyes are gray and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Laucian grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He found a children's book about a Half-Elf Bard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He became a Guard soon after.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and to be a ploughman again

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears a blue costume with the symbols of luck on his torso. His brown hair is knotted and matted. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Baker business.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he seems to be bored by most things
