History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. A gifted student he started as a Healer, but he got bored and became a Farmer. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Mordai was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the goblins.

History: When she was but 3 years old her parents immigrated from the east. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered dancing. She has never given up on her dancing dream.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and she feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Baern took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up halberd and armor he uses now. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature halberd.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Regain custody of her daughter; and further expansion of business

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Nicholas hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
