Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. A true patriot, Hûmgrat would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. Hûmgrat abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and retire the richest man in the west

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Glim fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He works hard and plays hard.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and to share knowledge with the world

History: Heather lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her first spouse was a Mercenary, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and she doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes
