When Reirak reached his early adolescence his Dwarf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he has money and likes to spend it

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Gnome in existence. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature flail.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality.

Personality: Chaedi wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Adept, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Ostracized due to the martial powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. She was granted martial powers by her dying brother.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: Marigold hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her writing career. Marigold enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
