Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Sapply will drive conversation. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Junk Dealer but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. The war was a terrible time for him, and Heian does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Description: This late middle aged woman wears a worn and beaten armor and is in decent physical shape. With bright white hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: The woman has a huge range of feeling. She will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how she will be a better person from this day on. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Her arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. While she appears to be a normal Halfling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
