History: Taklinn hails from a village terrorized by giants. His psionic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Barber but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: Rose was born the youngest of three triplets. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit men.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: He wants to get laid; and obtaining odd cultural elven artifacts is his passion

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His parents enrolled him in a Ranger school at a young age so that he could practice his druidic talents. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion
