When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Detective hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 12 years.

She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Description: A woman of a pale complexion, she is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of her physical features obscured. She wears a Stetson hat to cover her moderate length orange fur. Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.

History: River was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Rogue, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Rogue in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. She does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Gifted from a young age, Vadania studied abroad. Her childhood dream was to be a Unemployed, but she was a colossal failure. She tends to her Mayor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.
