Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and to pay off his debts

History: Born in the south to a Servant, Luthra learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign.
