History: Mardred was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Mardred fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She was granted divine powers by her dying sister.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Ugarth grew up listening to his father's many stories. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.
