History: Born in the north to a Fletcher, Theodoric learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He worked as a nervous Fletcher and found it very stressful. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Fletcher for hire.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

Personality: She considers herself a woman of culture and sophistication. She likes a good challenge to her wits. She is harsh and unforgiving.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. At some point she was captured by illithids and was tortured. After several years of this she finally managed to escape. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her mother. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
