Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

History: Kipper was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
