History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Veit was born on a far northern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Fortune-teller. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he is wearing a long, green cloak. He keeps his blue crest in a pixie cut. His eyes are gold and catlike.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. A freak accident while working with his Mercenary father left him crippled. He struck the Marshal job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: He wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a violet coat. His black hair and beard is wavy and long. This violet eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. He also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.

History: Born to a Architect, his mother struggled to pay the bills. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Robert was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking northern young adult. He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright blue and green, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His blonde hair is still thick. His eyes are violet and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: He is greedy.

Description: With black face paint in a stripe pattern across her face, she wears dull blue sweaters, loose green pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed sickle, just in case. She has shaved her head bald. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep brown.

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She found a children's book about a Gnome Bard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Motivation: Many illithids want her driven away; and obtaining odd cultural halfling artifacts is her passion
