History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Ploughman for hire.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes giants are coming to abduct people. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Hunter business.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She now mingles about in high society.

Description: He is wearing a long, brown, dusty cloak. He is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly scythes and whips. His hair, while still mostly red, has prominent grey streaks. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. Aldous is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well.

Description: This man wears bulky brown painted plate armor, and sports empty pouches on his belt. His cinnamon fur, when down, is lengthy. His eyes are likewise hazel. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the west. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Two Llamas was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world.

Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and many goblins want her driven away
