Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Fletcher business.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. In her 13th year, her parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Ella alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Kipper grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Description: This younger middle-aged man wears a tan shirt with thin brown vertical stripes and green pants, and a wedding ring on his right hand. With a patchy white beard and wild white hair. His eyes are likewise hazel.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Dayereth lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Dayereth liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He bought a falchion and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He uses divination through singing.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His brown fur is braided into rings. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: To settle down with his crush; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help
