Personality: Matilda is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Matilda is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Description: This dark-skinned male has the majority of his body covered in plate. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. His golden hair is singed and shortened. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: Thamior was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Brewer. He tends to his Brewer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Brewer responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: She loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Born to a Sage, her mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Mercenary hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Description: She is generally shirtless and showing off her tattooed chest, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 4'1" when asserting herself. Her auburn hair is well kept. Her green eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: She got into the Layabout business at a young age. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Half-Orc companion (her 'brother'). She has achieved small success as a Layabout.

Personality: She exudes charisma. She is a tour de force of persuasion. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: She comes from a rich eastern family. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.
