History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Roge was born on a far western mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Unemployed. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right hand, he wears a red shirt, with a white mid length shorts with white tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. His silver hair is long and unkept. His blue eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Silvo grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Silvo.
