History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with his Fletcher father left him crippled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with small hat, and is pretty ugly. His black hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His brown eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was raised in a forest tribe. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and balancing his hectic life and new farmer responsibilities is difficult

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when she was still a young child. The gnolls captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He found a children's book about a Half-Orc Monk who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Servant for hire.

Motivation: A deep hatred of orcs; and wants to open a new tavern
