History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and someone believes him a fraud

Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature greatsword.

History: Two Llamas was born with his mother's beautiful face. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
